We want you to love your Big Life Journal apparel as much as your personal growth journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
